Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:
In case of order cancellation, requests must be made before the order is shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our website. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Some products are non-returnable, which will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages. For eligible products, the standard return window is 3 days from delivery.

Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on individual product pages. The return policy is subject to change without prior notice.

If reverse pickup service is not available at your location, the product must be self-shipped to our office address. Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Note for Returns:

• • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

  • Items without original tags will not be accepted

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Requests raised after the return window will not be accepted
